to whom this may concern,

I am currently working in the Middle East and have lost my sim pay monthly sim,

Is there anyway i can get a replacement sim sent to me? If so how do i go about doing so, I have tried doing it online with my account but have had no success.

@Anonymous Not sure O2 would send a sim to the Middle East if honest. Maybe a family member could get a replacement and send it out to you...though you will still need to contact CS as stated to inform them of the loss...

99% certain that O2 won't send a sim to the Middle East. I have the same problem here, my sim is damaged but not lost and O2 will only send it to my UK registered address. My son is going to send me the replacement.
