Need a new sim card as I've lost mine abroad

You need to inform O2 of the loss. Although it talks about devices if someone else uses your SIM you are liable for charges.

You can message O2 for a SIM

Remember SIM cards can only be sent to a,UK address

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Bear in mind that O2 will only send a new sim card to your UK registered address
