Lost sim card

Good morning,

My dad has lost his SIM card and needs a replacement, how can he go about arranging this? Thanks

You can order a new one online. Or try calling the customer service for help

Exactly the same for sim cards as well as phones @KingAmo 

People can use a lost sim card and it could be charged to your account.

He needs to report it lost and customer service will send a replacement with the same number. He will then need to call again to get the bar removed from the account.
