Good morning,

I have a pay monthly contract with O2 and lost my phone.

I need a lot of items for the insurance to process my claim.

Proof of usage?

Proof of barring\

The IMEI number of the phone lost?

Please may I have them?

You need to report the loss to O2

Then ask them for a standard insurance letter which will cover what you need.
