Lost phone numbers

I've just received a new sim (kept old number) from O2 shop which was installed by an assistant, however, I now only have my contacts' e-mail addresses and not phone numbers. Can anyone help with this?

The numbers must have been stored on your old sim.
Put it back into the phone and copy them from sim to phone, then switch back to new sim.

If you have a Gmail account you can back up all your numbers to that.

Glad you are sorted but as Bambino has mentioned, you should look at backing them up now so you don't loose them again.
