Hi I’ve lost me phone need new SIM card sending out cnt log in to account cause cnt long in to account

You only have 2 options and these involve contacting o2,
Best option take Photo ID and go to an o2 store, and they should be able to sort you a new sim there an then
The other option is to call o2 and ask them to post one out to you Guide: How to find help & contact O2
