Lost my phone

I lost my phone in a lake whilst on holiday, I can’t access anything at all now as everything needs to send me a code by text or email to be able to log in. O2 can’t even help me! What do I do?

Report the loss and O2 will send a new sim to use in any phone you choose to buy to replace yours (assuming no insurance?),
