Lost my phone, need to report it to O2 as lost within 24 hours. How? By calling them of course!

The chat online feature needs to be active, if your phone is gone you cannot call to report it. Try asking a stranger to make a 20+ minute phone call about reporting your phone as missing, including the identification checks which now must be done in public. The "Lost or stolen phone" page needs work.
