If you have lost your sim you will need to report it

If you are OUT OF CONTRACT THEN YOU CAN CANCEL Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

IF YOU ARE NOT OUT OF CONTRACT THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING CONTRACT UP BEFORE CANCELLING.
