I can’t login to my O2 via the app or internet as in Vietnam and just said try again later. I lost my SIM card as swapped my O2 one for a Vietnamese card when I arrived. I just want O2 to send me a new SIM card to my house so that I can use my phone when I get home. Also live chat won’t work out here!?

@Jezz1 You can call customer service from any phone or Skype for free on +44800 032 1402. You must report the sim as lost.

If you don't report the Sim lost within 24 hours then you will be liable for charges. Please follow the links and advice that have mentioned by other users.
