Hello,
I am currently abroad and I am using a different sim to my o2 sim. I lost my o2 sim whilst out here and I cannot call the support line as I do not have the ability to do that with the sim I am currently using.
Please let me know how I can go about ordering a new sim card another way that is not via phone call? I can then have the new sim ready for me when I get home.
