I have lost my phone & want ot cancel the sim as well as order a new one.

Hi @Anonymous you're not talking to O2 here you will need to call customer services (from another mobile or landline) and wait to the end of the options to report a lost or stolen phone they will then cancel the SIM and send you a new one
