Hello I am hoping you can help me?

My son lost his phone - in lock down- you couldnt make it up ... the phone number is [Removed]

Anyway we have search everywhere turned the house upside down knowing we had not gone out with it. I called today to ask for a new sim card with the same number - so we could put in to another phone, unfortunatley after waiting to be connected for over an hour, I got someone who said I had given the wrong name on the account and could not help me further.

He did say he would block the number so if anyone else found it they were unable to use it.

Not 5 minutes after having this conversation and having it blocked the phone was found... today 1st April.

Can you please unblock the sim, so he can now use the phone, keep the same number etc?

I am sorry that this has happened and would really appriciate your help in getting the phone working for him again.

My name is Anita Moralee and I have my mobile account with you for my phone [Removed]

The problem maybe that both are both in my name as he is 14 years old, I pay the bills from my Lloyds Bank account. Hope to haer soon thank you Anita

Please come back and edit your post (click options in the top right) and remove your phone numbers @NINI as this is a public forum and they can be seen by everyone.
You need to call customer services and ask for the phone bar and the account bar to be removed.
You MUST ask for them both to get taken off.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here
