Ordered a phone with O2 and they sent it to DPD for delivery. I have had no email or update from DPD from the offset. My phone was down for next day delivery and it has now been a week and still no phone. DPD are saying there are delays and they do not know where my parcel currently is. Can someone help to please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you

Already done that.
This is honestly a joke… it was down for next day delivery and DPD just keep fobbing me off with excuses and telling me to wait.

It's entirely the rsponsibility of O2 to get the device to you
Don't be chasing DPD, that's what O2 should be doing
