Hi I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this problem,

Up untill just a few days ago I could text a specific number absolutely fine but suddenly, seemingly unprovoked, the messages stoped flowing as they should.

I would send a message and it wouldn't get recieved until I'd sent one or two more and all the messages would be recieved at once, initially this happend only when I sent messages but now it is happening when I am recieving them aswell, but only from that specific number. I can send and receive from other numbers fine.

I am with O2 and the other person is with Vodafone, both are pay monthly iPhone's and both bills are paid and up to date

Does anyone know any more, it's getting ridiculously annoying

Thank you

Joe

Somebody else on here recently reported an issue texting a Vodafone number. It's either a network issue or has something to do with system integration due to mast sharing agreements. I would report it to CS as they may have had other reports. This will help with resolving the issue if it's network based.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
