My samsung s10e kept dropping call anything less than 3 barr signal i got tje phone replaced it kept doing it now i have bought yet another samsung a52s and it is still doing the same i went to the o2 store and they adviced me to change the sim but i need to keep the same number which is 07874744775
Is it possible to do this .this has been going on since i transferred my number a year ago

The O2 store will swap the sim and transfer the number free of charge for you
or call O2’s customer service team – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
