Loss of service

I am continually losing my sign on my phone. It's not just me, my wife phone is on 02 and that doing the same anyone any ideas why?? All software is up to date and the live status check shows no work is being undertaken in my area.

It most likely is maintenance on your local mast. If you scroll down the status page there is a planned maintenance section - It isn't always up to date but it might give you a clue.
Either way I would call CS and report it just in case they aren't aware of any issues.

And let us know how you get on.

Download the MYNETWORK app to report your local masts if this is only happening locally.

It could be mast congestion which if reaching capacity can cause issues.
