Loss of phone and Sim card

I have SIM only contract for my wife's mobile,no [removed]. We have lost the phone and have made any call for at least 10 days . We need a replacement SIM card.

can you help?

If remove your number as this is a customer to customer forum you can go into an o2 store to get new SIM card and ask to remove the block that would be on account you could try online chat or call o2.co.uk/contactus

@Suresh Did you report the phone as lost? Any calls made before it was reported will still be chargeable

@Suresh You need to report the phone and sim as lost to O2 and you should also report it to the police with the phone's IMEI if you have it. If you haven't reported it within 24 hours any charges will be your responsibility.
