Solved: Loss of Data Services after switch to simplicity

I have a Blackberry 9780, and earlier today switched from one of the online tariffs to a simplicity tariff with the 500MB Blackberry Data Bolt-on (the same bolt-on I had previously).

Since doing so, I've lost all data services and have been limited to GSM coverage. My son usually helps with this sort of thing but is currently away, so I'm a bit lost.

Is there anything I could do to get GPRS/3G back?

Text the word "active" to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back then restart the phone.

check that they did put you on the blackberry data package we see this a lot swapping tariffs they just put you on the default data
