I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received any emails regarding the dispatch, does it normally take this long or do I need to go to an O2 branch and discuss it with them?

The store will be unable to assist, and depending on the phone it could be a bit longer. 

Best thing to do is contact the sales team: 

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
