Locked out of my sim

Hi.

 

I was travelling to Spain with a new phone and existing sim . All was well until i restarted it in France . After asking for my SIM unlock ( which has never ever changed ) it locked my sim and asks for a PUK code. Genius! I put in a replacement sim sent to me in August 21 and everything unlocks and the phone itself works . However , It asks for provisioning and I have no connection at all . I cannot get hold of o2  by phone , I cannot receive a texted code to unlock the sim , the online chat feature is gone and I am totally screwed!   I need a phone number that I can call and get help. Anyone , please?

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.
