I'm in the process of buying a house (so checking my credit report occasionally) and I have noticed that my device plan loan appears twice on my credit report - making it appear that I have borrowed 2x as much.
One input covers my loan payment from 2021 - early 2022 and is under one account.
The other input covers my loan payments from early 2022 to present. Both inputs have different account ending numbers, and the first account shows no payments since early 2022 (because they are reported as paid on the second account).
Could anyone help or give me the right department to talk to?
Also - there is a third O2 (other) account entry on my credit file for my usage plan (not my device). Which I'm aware about, so I know one of the above isn't this.

This happens all the time with a a lot of lenders, not just o2, and the lenders will only see it as one loan, as they can see it been a continuation.
o2 wont remove an entry as they are an accurate record of you paying the accounts, and they have to by the rules of the FCA.
I would also recommend rather than contacting o2 direct, to raise a query with the CRA direct
