I've logged on numerous times in the last 2 days and live chat is always unavailable. I don't want to phone up as I would rather a paper trail of what is being said! Is there an email address?

Try turning off any adblockers, pop up blockers etc and request desktop mode if using a mobile device when trying to connect to LC.

Hi

If it's not account based can we as fellow customers help in anyway ?

I've used live chat on my iPad air ok.

Do you have block pop ups turned off in Safari if you're using that browser.

Hi, if you think, 'Live Chat' is bad you should try contacting O2 by phone and actually speak to somone, it's near impossible. Sometimes the auto response machine just does not get you to were you need tobe. very fustrating,
