Hi I was wondering if someone could help me. I’m looking to upgrade two phones on my account. I’d like to speak to someone as the handsets I’ve selected - they are cheaper elsewhere. I’d like to know if they can price match and if not, I’d like the PAC codes.
I’m hearing impaired so don’t tend to do things like this over the phone. I’m also not in a position to go into a store (mobility issues and the nearest store is 10+ miles away) with no parking nearby.
I usually use live chat but can’t find it anywhere. It’s not an option in my account or on the contact us page and I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to get a resolution. To the point where at the moment I would get PAC codes for all three phones and go somewhere with accessible service.
Can someone advise me/give me a link to the fabled live chat? Thanks in advance!

O2 don't price match as a general rule.

Everyone gets the same price as advertised.
