Live chat not available today?

I have been trying on and off all day to talk on live chat and it keeps saying it's checking to see if anyone is available.

I've just topped up my pay and go & my 2981 messaging units have disappeared and I only have 500 units to use within 8 days of topping up?? I want to know why I haven't been given one month to use my messaging units and Internet.

I have had a similar issue. My old number should have arrived on my O2 sim by 5.30pm today, at the latest. It is now 5.40, I am still on the O2 number and there is no-one, live chat or phone, available. This is my first experience of O2 and, so far, it has not impressed me!

It's unusual for numbers to port on a Monday - I would expect it tomorrow though.
Once you lose service, reboot your phone every half an hour until you get service back which will then be your old number.
It can take up to 24 hours for all services to fully port once the process has started.

Probably correct and I dont even want to talk to them. Still think a call costing 25p would save a lot of hassle..
