I have been trying on and off all day to talk on live chat and it keeps saying it's checking to see if anyone is available.
I've just topped up my pay and go & my 2981 messaging units have disappeared and I only have 500 units to use within 8 days of topping up?? I want to know why I haven't been given one month to use my messaging units and Internet.

I have had a similar issue. My old number should have arrived on my O2 sim by 5.30pm today, at the latest. It is now 5.40, I am still on the O2 number and there is no-one, live chat or phone, available. This is my first experience of O2 and, so far, it has not impressed me!

Thanks for reporting back @Anonymous. A few people had issues with live chat yesterday so it must have been 'the glitch of the day'...
