Live Chat

I changed my DD date 2 months ago via live chat. It hasn't been changed. I have now been charged 2x£30 late fee payments as I'm on my maternity leave and it takes a few days for my money to transfer into my account. I have just been lied to by live chat again saying there is no trace of my last chat requesting the dd date change..... I will request all my details and notes held on me via data protection. I'm so angry

Please call customer services on 202 and inform them of the problems you have had.
Live chat are limited in use to be honest and I'm not sure what the hell they've done with you request.
Call the cs team and let them know what has happened.
I hope you can get this sorted.

This is an absolute disgrace. Why can't they just get things right. I know we never recomment Live Chat for any account issues....but customers do contact them in all good faith ...not knowing what we do slight_frown
