Does anybody know why the Live Chat isnt working?

I have a query about my bill/tarriff and when I call 02, the automated response say they arent available to talk unless you are leaving 02 or wanting to upgrade.

Live chat is very intermittent due to the current situation. They often pop up in the shop.

However, if this is an account query you need to contact O2 and speak to someone.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Press any option (even upgrade or fraud). It doesn't matter as long as you get through to speak to someone, they will answer your query.
