I've just tried to get copies of previous bills as I had to change to another provider as my signal was so bad in my new house. What a dreadful service, very slow and when I didn't respond quickly enough as I though the conversaiton was finished, the person disapeared. Now I don't know if I'm actually going to get the copies of the bills I need (which they insisted on sending by snail mail) or not.
Tried phoning but there's a 45 min waiting time!!!
How can I communicate with this very large communications company without it being such a ball ache!!!
