Live Chat not working?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Trying to use 'Live Chat' to discuss my contract renewal but as soon as I start a session it displays 'chat not initialiased' followed by a pause and then 'chat ended'.

Is there currently an issue with the system?

It's working ok for me. Try a different browser or clearing cache and cookies.

You could also try the chat link here : http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain/complain#

Personally I would upgrade over the phone or instore....

I wouldn't use Live Chat anyway!!

Call customer services and ask to be put through to retentions so you can haggle a better deal!!

+1 for doing your upgrade in store.

nope not working for me either... just says "hold on while we see if any of our team is free" and has been like that for over an hour!

I would ring but I can't as I don't have the phone I was meant to have yesterday and it don't look like it will be with me today either!

Is there anyone else reporting this issue? please @Anonymous and @Anonymous let me know if you are still experiencing this.

I think it was probably down for maintenance but should be working fine now.
