Live Chat not available?

Hi All,

Anyone know why Live Chat to a guru is not available at the moment? It's been off since yesterday morning.

Or, anyone know how to call 202 from abroad? I've tried +44 844 809 0200 but it just says "number not assigned". Any ideas?

for assistance.

Maybe someone on the Community Forum can answer a question if it's not involving going into your O2 account.

Is it a pay as you go or monthly? I've just tried live chat it's not working in the UK either so I rang them from my land line.

Hi, has O2 done away with LIVE chat?  I can only find the bot thing.
