Why would my number be active 3 days after stated disconnect time? Starting to really annoy me now as the contract is over and I just want the number gone

Where did you get the stated disconnect date from @berryy7 ?

Did you get and use a PAC/STAC? Or just assume that the contract ends once the minimum period is up?

It was a text from O2 that told me it would cut off on that date, the same number that sent me all the priority spam in the past so it's not a fake text. The person on the phone also told me that it would cut off on that date while I was cancelling. I was told I wouldn't have to do anything with codes as I don't wish to keep the same number.

Sounds like it has either not been disconnected, or they assumed you WOULD use the code then @berryy7
