Hi howdy I talk online to advisor.My old number was supposed to be transferred to a new sim for a new account.Ive not recieved the sim and my phone number has been cut off!

I would suggest Social Media

You will need to contact O2.

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

If you want Chat, best hanging around the sales pages until chat pops up

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You'll need to wait for your new sim to arrive.

They are posted first class so it shouldn't take too long to arrive.
