Hi.
I have bought my daughter a pay monthly phone.. which I pay for .. however shre has began to exceed her limit by a large amount. Is there any way to limit this or set a ceiling?

No I'm afraid o2 don't offer anything like that if she is exceeding it by a lot it may be worth switching to a tariff with more minutes

The only other option would be changing her back to P&G. You could get the O2 app and monitor the usage or check th account online to see when she is getting near the limit.
