I'm migrating my family contracts from BT to O2 but I can't transfer the last one. When I try to buy another monthly SIM and go to complete the credit check it says I have too many contracts on my account. I currently have three (an existing, long-standing O2 contract, plus the 2 I've managed to transfer from BT). I've spoken to sales and customer support and neither can offer a solution. Their suggestion was a separate account, but I'd like to keep everything under the one account if possible.
Has anyone else had this issue and how did you overcome it?

If sales can’t offer a solution, I doubt us as customers can.
You would still be able to merge the last account with your others but it would be under separate billing.

Aye, fair point, but sometimes individuals have managed to sort something that isn't on the scripts.
