Hello I have received a letter from o2 about what I can pay and my money etc I had to fill it out and send it back recorded delivery but I don’t know which address I would need to send it to?

I would call the payment management team on 0800 902 0217

They will be able to give you the correct address to send the reply to, they may also accept it by email etc

I called them 5 times and no matter what option I pressed it just kept cutting me off

You can try and call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and ask to be put through to that team.
