Hi all can't find how much I have left to pay off device. Bought through virgin ( no details on there site ) pay monthly on rolling contract, nothing showing on 02 only monthly payment. Saying can upgrade.

O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Your device payments remain with Virgin so only they can answer that.

Nothing will happen, as the device plan is still managed and payments sent to Virgin Media, as they have been decoupled by the migration... Only the Airtime was moved to o2. as @Enlli said and it even says so here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/New-to-O2/Virgin-Mobile-to-O2-All-you-need-to-know/m-p/1607022#M12
