I left O2 today via giving my PAC code to my new provider. How do I find out what my final bills is and whether I owe O2 any money, or if they owe me any money??

Thanks

You should have got that by texting INFO to 85075 to get details on any early termination fees that may be payable.

If you haven't, then call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Just leave your direct debit in place until the final bill has been paid.

You will be emailed the amount you owe (if any) 14 days before the bill needs to be paid.

Hi. I didn’t terminate early, my contract was already up. I just got my pac code and gave it to my new provider on friday, and today my number transferred over. I paid my o2 bill today as well so Im assuming I may have money to come back to me as Ive paid it today and no longer am with them?

Yes, if you paid a full month you will be refunded pro rata for the unused part of the month.

As long as your direct debit is in place, they will refund you to the account that is set up from.

If not, you'll need to call them Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
