I have recently left o2 but can see a payment has tried to be taken from my account today - can this be looked into please and a refund be issued?

No one on this customer to customer community can look into anything for you, you need to speak to o2 on 0800 902 0217, but bear in mind you may still have had one last bill to pay for the services used.

There is always a final bill to pay a month after leaving.
Leave the direct debit in place to avoid any issues.
Any over payments will be refunded to your bank account.
