I signed up with o2 and cancelled 2 days after yet still i am seeing monies being deducted out my account what is my next step

As money is still being taken from your account, your only option now is to contact customer service, which will not be an easy thing to do owing to the current crisis. https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/How-to-find-help-amp-contact-O2-A-Guide/m-p/1201416 

Your best chance of getting through without a long wait is to call first thing in the morning at 8 am. There's no guarantee you'll get through. You may have to wait until things return to some sort of normalcy, and then request a refund. Do not cancel any Direct Debit you have in place, as this could cause you credit rating problems down the road.
