Anyone help me please, I’ve been with 02 since 28th December, and since day one it’s been terrible.
My internet doesn’t work at home “because the mass is down in my area” but it seems to be rubbish else wear Aswell!
People find it hard to hear me
On the phone, and sometimes tells them my phones unavailable. I really regret going with 02 and all I want to do is leave, but I have a 2 year contract 😩

@Sjex the quickest way out is to buy the phone then leave.

You can then try other networks before deciding who to go with.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Sjex  O2 will not let you out of your contract just because your local mast is down. They will be trying to repair it. If you look at your Terms & Conditions you will also see that they do not guarantee 100% up time. Sometimes bad reception at home has to do with the structure of the house itself.

If you're unhappy you can cancel, but you will have to pay off your device and give 30 days notice to cancel the airtime. I would suggest trying Pay & Go sims from the other networks to see who gives you the best coverage. Once you find the right one, if you want to keep your number, you can ask for your PAC. When you use the PAC it will cancel your O2 contract and generate a final bill.
