Why do o2 make it so difficult to leave , they put the price up mid contract , so l have gone to tesco , £10 a mknth cheaper for the same plan , over paid on my o2 account , they will forward it to next months bill ? , what bill ?
You still have a final bill to pay even using the right to exit, you dont just get off without paying that.. So hopefully you haven't cancelled any direct debits, as they will refund via those details..
