I informed o2 that I wanted to leave 2 months ago. Still getting bills and demands. Phone not been used for months. Cant seem to get anyone to speak to, emailed but all comeback with email service shut down. Just need to talk to someone. HELP

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Get a PAC or STAC code and use that to move number to a pay as you go sim card from another network.
Then throw it away.
