I've left O2 & have a new contract elsewhere. I've had a email saying I owe a months back payment but I can't contact anyone online to find out how as I have no account now. There is nothing on the website for this problem & I've been threatened with extra costs & possible problems with my credit score. How can I pay when I can't contact anyone?!

You need to contact O2. All numbers in this guide
Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

Apparently you should still be able to login online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
App access is disconnected immediately though.
