Hi @F2up

The only way to do the is by cancelling your contract, which means paying off what you owe

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract  and you will also need your Pac if moving to another network Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

To keep your number  you will need to give the number to whichever network you move to and they will do the rest.

Best of luck.

You might need to unlock your phone too https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
