Hi I'm in a different time zone and there's noone to let me know how to leave O2 on your chat, nor is the telephone lines open.

I too am in a different time zone. Inconvenient but it is our responsibility to contact O2 during UK opening hours. Please don't use live chat, call them on the overseas number which is free from your phone.
