So, been thinking about leaving O2 due to really bad service and the fact that their complaints department done want to respond to an O2/Virgin/Volt issue.

Ive got the switch up option on my account and it does say that in the first 14 days after a switch up you can cancel.

If I was to do this would I still be able to keep my current number and port it to another network?

Yes you can.

You'll just need to get your pac to keep your number Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

I wouldn't do it that way, as you need for the account to update which can take 24 hrs or so, as otherwise you may end up with a bill for a device plan that hasn't cleared on the account..  what I would do is wait a couple of days and then take it back...

What exactly is the issue with Volt, we might be able to help
