Dear god how impossible it is to actually leave O2? This is an Ipad with a SIM so ringing 202 or whatever isn't an option - ok messing around online shows despite having a Leaving Us page, it doesn't actually let you leave you have to ring which I cannot from the ipad. So I find the right number from my mobile - on another network - and that answer system is ******e and doesn't understand plain english. Eventually it tells me that their office is shut - this is 9.03 because I've been messing around on the website trying to do this for 45 minutes everything has closed.
so the answer line then tells me that live chat is on the website until 11pm.
no it bloody isnt.
Aura is useless, keeps pointing me at the contactus page, which does not have livechat on.
Dear god I just want to terminate the damn contract.
