@Anonymous wrote:didn't mean to say i want "freebies" but paying £25 a month for 400 minutes and having the same phone for over a year and something - iphone 4 - is remotely a good deal.... plus as i said i have been contract customer paying on time every month for years...
you guys i don't like your stance - i am just telling facts here.
it's called constructive critisism
So you've had the same phone for over a year. So what? What about the people who have 24 month contracts? So you're a contract customer who pays on time every month. What do you think everyone else who's on a contract does? Why is paying on time every month something special? It's a contract. That's what you're supposed to do!

The OP has created a thread and vented which is fine.
Not all replies are going to be completley in favour of the OP's opinion.
Lets leave this thread where it lies now.

if you wanted to change your phone, you could sell your current one to help pay for it. nobody gets loyalty discounts anymore, you could try the new o2 refresh tariff or just join a new network if you want it that badly

We are customers. Just like you. Those that are O2 employees who contribute in the forum are identified in their signature. As customers we have no agenda. We make complaints too. You are not doing anything more than any other contract customer does. Your reasons for leaving are just not valid.

A lot of very constructive points have been shared by a number of you and I'm glad everyone has had a chance to give their views, but I think its time to lock this thread now.
