Leave O2

Hi I want to leave o2 as I’ve found a much better deal with giff gaff, I have already provided giff gaff with my PAC code to transfer my number to them on 03/12/24 - but I can’t find where to cancel my airtime plan with o2, every link leads me to another one and it seems impossible to cancel online.

Once giffgaff complete the port your account will be closed on the o2 side, you dont need to do anything, leave your direct debit in place for any final bill or refunds to be processed.
