Hi , I want to terminate my contract giving 30 days of notice and I understand that this is a procedure that can be done only by phone. I am trying from yesterday to get hold of an operator and when I finally manage to talk to somebody they say that the only department working is the upgrading and the cancellation one is not operative. I find this very unfair as I have the right to cancel my contract when I want. I understand that the situation is difficult for everybody but O2 should offer an alternative way to accept the termination of the contract. Does anybody is in my same situation?thanks
